1. Acceptance of Agreement

Welcome to DigitalStudy.org (referred to herein as "DigitalStudy", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our website, creating a student account, or subscribing to our ₹199/month All-Access Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Membership & Recurring ₹199 UPI Autopay

2.1 All-Access Subscription: DigitalStudy operates on an all-access membership model. For ₹199 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes), active subscribers receive unlimited on-demand access to all available courses, video lessons, starter code templates, and module quizzes.

2.2 UPI Autopay Mandate: Payment is facilitated via Razorpay Subscriptions using National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) UPI Autopay mandates. When you authorize the mandate via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any authorized UPI application, you authorize recurring debits of ₹199 on a monthly cycle until cancelled.

2.3 Pre-Debit Notifications: In compliance with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations, you will receive an SMS/notification at least 24 hours prior to every recurring debit detailing the amount and debit date.

2.4 Failed Debits & Grace Period: If a scheduled recurring charge fails due to insufficient balance or bank technicalities, a 3-day grace period is granted. We will send reminder notices via email/SMS to allow mandate reactivation before access to paid course content is temporarily suspended.

3. Cancellation Rights & Procedure

You retain complete autonomy over your recurring subscription. You may cancel or revoke your UPI Autopay mandate at any time through either of the following methods:

• Within Platform: Navigate to Student Dashboard → Billing and click "Cancel UPI Mandate".
• Within Your UPI App: Open PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm → Navigate to Autopay / Recurring Mandates → Select "DigitalStudy / Razorpay" → Tap Pause or Cancel Mandate.

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. No further debits will occur.

4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy DRM

4.1 Proprietary Content: All instructional videos, curriculum materials, proprietary architectural blueprints, quizzes, illustrations, logos, and software frameworks provided on DigitalStudy.org are the exclusive intellectual property of DigitalStudy.

4.2 Dynamic Screen Watermarking: To prevent intellectual property theft, unauthorized redistribution, and commercial piracy, all video playback incorporates dynamic, moving visual watermarks displaying the authenticated student's full name, registered email address, and masked IP address.

4.3 Strict Prohibition: Screen recording, capturing, scraping, downloading encrypted streams, sharing student login credentials, or re-publishing course content to torrents, Telegram, YouTube, or third-party drives is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in permanent account termination without refund and may attract legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Account Security & Student Responsibilities

Each student account is single-user and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

DigitalStudy.org provides educational courses on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our courses teach production-grade software engineering practices, we make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, salaries, or commercial business success. In no event shall DigitalStudy be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of code samples or website access.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
